If you are not able to attend your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice so that we can allocate the time to someone else. Otherwise, we may have to apply a late cancellation charge.
Non-attendance and cancellations at short notice deprives other patients of essential dental services. Please be aware that missed appointments will be subject to a fee or a deposit taken to schedule another appointment. Patients who FTA repeatedly will not be seen again.
